This Review investigated the psychology of Criminal Behavior in order to understand the Mind of Offenders in Anfal Campaign. First, this review discovered how and why the offenders commit genocide. It then presented a case-study of eyewitnesses to better considerate of genocide. Genocide is the mass killing of members of a national group, resulting in psychological, health and social problems for the survivors. Genocide is not a simple action, it gets more and more sensitive and aggressive behaviour. This Review investigates The Campus, Mass graves, models and theories to understand Mind of offenders. The researcher investigated several models and theories including: Kelman’s model, violentization theory, becoming evil, Hallberg’s Theory, the psychology of crowds, stages of genocide, Psychoanalytic, rational, and social learning theories. In addition, the study established several survivors of the Kurdish genocide still suffer from psychological and mental problems. Furthermore, the review has made many suggestions and recommendations but the most significant are to provide more psychological and social aid to the survivors, and for the Iraqi government, Ministry of Martyrs and Anfal affairs and researchers to become more involved in the serving the survivors of anfal in Kurdistan Region.
